COVID-19 response
COVID-19 response
We are committed to maintaining our connection with you as we all work together to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
We’re now returning to in-person appointments for a range of services.
If you are fully vaccinated (or have a medical exemption) and would like to attend a face-to-face appointment, please talk to a member of our staff.
We are also continuing to provide most of our services via telephone and video appointments.
For current telephone and drop-in centre hours, or to ask us a question, please visit our contact page or phone us on 1800 779 379 (free call).
We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and the way in which we deliver services, in line with the advice of the World Health Organisation, Australian Government Department of Health, Victorian Government Department of Health, and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer. We will give further updates as required in the future and in response to changes to COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines.
Any future service changes will be published on this page and in our news section, so please check back here regularly for new information.
